Chad Leat enjoyed a long and successful career as an investment
banker on Wall Street, providing such high-profile firms as The Chase Manhattan
Corporation (1985-1997), Salomon (1997) and Citigroup (1998-2013) loyal service
and innovative leadership over the span of more than 30 years.
Now retired,
Leat now devotes much of his time, insight and skill to various Boards of
Directors – notably those of Norwegian Cruise Lines, TPG Pace Holdings Corp.,
TPG Pace Energy Holdings Corp., MidCap Financial, PLC, and J. Crew Operating
Corp.
As a member of the Norwegian Cruise Lines Board of Directors, Leat
serves as a member of the Compensation Committee and as Chairman of the Audit
Committee. Chad Leat serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee for both the TPG Pace
Holdings Corp.
Board and the TPG Pace Energy Holdings Corp. Board. For the
Bethesda, Maryland-based MidCap Financial, PLC, Leat serves as Chairman of the
Board of Directors. Leat also serves on the J. Crew Operating Corp. Board of
Directors.
In the past, Chad Leat has enjoyed serving on the Board of
Directors for such firms as Global Indemnity, PLC, HealthEngine, LLC, and
BAWAG, P.S.K.
